We do that now with our trackers and sensors. But you don’t need to buy anything to start monitoring your health on a daily basis. All you need to do is to look at your urine!

Urine is one of the most underrated indicators of our overall health. It may not be a topic we discuss openly, but paying attention to your urine can reveal valuable insights about your well-being. Let’s break the stigma and embrace this simple daily habit that could potentially save your health. Here’s what urine call tell you:

1. Early Detection of Dehydration

One of the most apparent benefits of daily urine observation is the early detection of dehydration. The color of your urine provides essential clues about your hydration levels.
